A streak of red along the pavement by the bus stop opposite the Jolly Butchers, dividing it in two along its length for several metres. Where it clumps together you can see more clearly that it is tomato sauce, not paint or blood. It rained in the morning so the sauce has been dropped since then; it will have disappeared in a few days or weeks.
